I am not receiving my satellite channel in elk grove, California 95758

Good Evening I have several genie remotes and I set them to IR and go to bed. Sometime during the night a memory montser comes and they will not work so have to be reprogrammed. Why? The old ones never had that problem. This gets top be a real pain so hope a solution Thanks Pam

Bought a new Hisense TV and would not pair with DirectTV remote. DirectTV sent me two new remotes and it still gives me the same 20 codes and none of them work. Even tried all 10 Durabrand codes and none of them work. How do I get the DirectTV remote to pair? Hisense TV Model # is 58U6HF.
