On a newer TCL 65Q825 HDTV, RC66RC stopped controlling "mute" and VOL +/-. Talked to DirecTV support and they sent new RC66RX. New remote does same thing. On screen remote set up does not help. 5 of 5 menu codes did not work. Tried codes 11756 and 960, they did not work.

i lost a few local channels recently, in which i contacted Directv.They sent me the ota antenna kit. I hooked it up and the reception was poor at best. how do I solve this issue, I there a better antenna? i can't even record my shows anymore this is terrible.

When I'm watching something on the list. How can I stop it and it goes back to list like the old remote would? I have to push exit to get out of a movie on my list and it takes me back to regular tv
