Red light always on even after changing batteries??

I want to move my tv. I need the cord connecting to the satellite to be moved as well.

We have Direct TV for our television and ATT for our WiFi/internet. After setting up our new TV and connecting the Direct TV box we discovered our WiFi is not working.
