My remote is not working my satellite

I bough a new lg oled c3. Had an older main cable box for direct tv with satellite and it kept glitching. Got a new main box from direct tv and now tv will go black for a second every 5 minutes or so. I was told it takes 24 hrs before it will stop doing this but still happening. The tv has no issues

Just purchased a camp that had an 18x20 dish with a 3d2rblnbr0-01 LNB installed. Brought my HR23-700 receiver from home and was able to get all channels except locals, but not in HD. I was able to watch a recording from the receiver which played in HD, so it's not a TV setting. Do I have the wrong d
