I need to return one of the 3 devices that I initially received. We started our service when it was still AT&T. I just need to return 1 of the 3 devices as we no longer need it and am getting charged for it.

Is my refurbished DirecTVStream box locked to my userid/password

I purchased a refurbished DirecTVStream box as a spare directly from DirecTV. During the setup process it automatically logged into my account. Does this mean this box is forever locked to my account only? If needed can this box be disassociated from my account in the future? If I login to my DirecT

We had an issue with the Apps (it was taking a long time to pull up, then just going back to the DIRECTV screen) and called for help. The representative was very helpful, professional and patient. ATT device issue with some apps

Is there a way to kill and restart apps running on the Directv stream device from ATT? MLB doesn’t update each morning and I have to either sign out of MLB and back in, or reboot the device. Other apps are sometimes frozen and I again need to reboot the whole device.

power button problem with Toshiba tv

Followed your directions for pairing remote to Toshiba TV. Zero volume was an excellent suggestion. Everything is working except the "power" button. My TV screen says "not available" when I try to power off.

Streaming remote is old school, like from the 70s

I’m quitting direct tv (formerly att tv) because of the remote. Has none of the features that every other tv remote has had for the past 25 years. Using it is beyond frustrating. No caption on and off button. Missing so many features. I’m always hitting Prev instead of FF because the layout is awful
