How do I fix my cable box/DVR?
The green and red lights on the front of the box are flashing. The screen is telling me to go to Troubleshoot U-verse & Internet. Restarting the box did not fix the problem.

new receiver, error message "AT&T U-verse TV is not available at this time...
Swapped out a wired receiver (one of 3). Now get this error message. Only option is to "restart receiver" which restarts receiver but comes back to this screen. I have gone through all the troubleshooting options multiple times and the DVR (wired) box is still consistently displaying the green blue red lights. They go between solid to flashing but never turn off. Is the box Friedan’s we need a new one? Or is there a fix?
