Watching DIRECTV STREAM

Why isn’t DirecTV replacing defective boxes that no longer work with HULU? I believe this is day 11 or 12 and it still isn’t fixed.

Prime video app will not launch. I have checked for system updates, rebooted the system, and force stopped the app. It says "you must sign into your Google account", but I AM signed into my Google account. Sometimes I want to know what channel number and the date/time that a recording was made. Currently, only the name or call letters of the station are displayed and the date is just today or some other day, not the time and date.  When I was a Cox customer, I could easily see that information.&

I am streaming Durect tv. Several times i have set programs to record only to have the recording stop prior to recording the full program. This has happened mostly with sports programs with extended play times. Very frustrating to miss the crutial play after watching two and a half hrs of play.&nbs
