Watching DIRECTV

HR44-700 installed 10 years ago. Solid internet connection. PPV and downloading episodes from a show works, but "missed it?watch it now!"  feature has never worked since it was added.  A number of different reasons from customer service -- not supported on HR44,  not included in Choi

I have Directv satellite Genie & it takes a few minutes to switch from one channel to another. It hasn’t always been this slow. It seems to happen when I’m watching a recorded show & change the channel. It briefly shows the channel I’ve changed to then the screen goes dark for about 2 minute

In the last week suddenly there is sound for one ad that runs while the TV is paused. It is absurdly loud.  I've been a long time customer but this may be the last straw.  There should be no sound while pausing!

Recently I installed the DirecTv app on my Fire stick. I get DirecTv through the complex I rent from. When I put my credentials in, hit sign in. I have gotten 3 care codes. I watch when I am away from my satellite on my iPad or a FireStick. I’ve deleted the apps and reinstalled on both. Keep getting blank screen or error message. Can’t stream anything.

I obtained a Gemini about 4 months ago and since day 1 when I turn the TV/Gemini receiver on in the morning I get choppy/video on all channels for that TV(not every day but most). I have to turn off TV and gemini and turn back on then it is fine.  Today when I try this fix it doesnt work.
