Hello, I am trying to link my TLC and ESPN TV app with my Direct TV service, but I keep getting this screen. I have cleared all cache and cookies and tried many times. I have tried un-installing both apps and installing them again and to no avail. Both apps were working great up until this morning.

Some of the programs preset for recording don't fully record. Sometimes only get about 5 minutes of the recording before it stops. What is going on? Not exactly technologically prepared for this sort of problem.
