Watching on Satellite

The support pages on DirecTV's site appear to be down so if I click on the link about Signal Saver, I get a page with a confused looking guy on it. Just wondering - if I don't see the option on my local channels to stream when I get the 771 error, does that mean I don't have the streaming option for

Great if you have a Genie but people with HR24s are stuck. For whatever reason I can still watch the Dodgers game in a lower resolution which according to a post on another forum is on the 99 sat.

When trying to watch Reelz, I am told 'Something wrong with this satellite signal... No error message. I am able to stream it. So far, as far as I can tell, no other channels have this issue. James

I see some people are not receiving some channels a town over from me in Elk Grove CA. My problem seems to be some channels I cannot get without streaming and others are ok. And the ones that stream says you cannot record or move forward/backwards. Any answers DTV or just another AT&T communication

My channels 6-68 are not working on my satellite. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes and still didn't get a hold of anyone. What is going on?
