Watching on Satellite

Hello, Every time I turn on my tv, the DIRECTV receiver turned on for 30 seconds then turns off, It does it randomly and it turns off after “Running receiver self check”.

Constant buffering

I changed out my tv and hooked up to HDMI 1, then HDMI 2. the tv comes on for a few seconds then shuts off. both the TV and the Cable box are both on. how do I get it to stay on?

Remote not working properly. Purchased new univeral remote, entered TV code off list w new remote and on off volume all work.
