Confirmed account information and cannot log in to DireTV for Business App

We just switched to wireless and are using Gemini Air on 3 of 4 TVs. On the 4th TV, I downloaded the Directv App. All of the programs I had previously scheduled to record on my DirectV box transferred to the app. However, once I've watched something, I can't figure out how to delete it. CBS keeps blurring , stopping and starting and screen going black and on again.

When I click on the DIRECTV app on my iPad, all I get is a black screen. My iPad IOS is up-to-date. My DIRECTV app is up-to-date. I tried deleting the app and reloading. The problem persists. Please advise.

It's virtually impossible to watch a recorded event. When watching a recorded event, the program will freeze and we have to start the program over from the beginning and fast forward to where we were.

I subscribe to the Sports Pack. All channels work except Fox Sports 2 (channel 618). The channel shows as grayed out on the guide. When I select the channel it works, but I can't set my DVR to record because DTV is treating the channel as if I do not subscribe to the channel. This problem happens on
