When I am watching DirecTV Stream recorded programs and fast forward at the commercials it will start buffering and then restart the program at the beginning. I check my internet speed and it is in the 250 to 350mbps, so it's not my connection. Appreciate any information that can be provided to elim

Somethings wrong with our DVR. We wanted to watch Philadelphia story and it would only record 30 minutes . Four different recordings were set at different times and all of them were only 30 minutes long and it stops at the same point each time only 30 minutes worth of the movie.

Why is C Span 3 only offered in the News Genre mini pack on ch 352? It should be included in the higher price signature packages. DTV says they don’t carry it. But if you search it it shows but says subscribe.
