I am new to DIRECTV stream. Are there keyboard shortcuts available when watching DIRECTV stream in a chrome browser? For example, can I use the arrow keys to skip back-and-forth or the space bar to pause the video? If these features are not available, I would recommend them as accessibility enhancem

Recently got service, streaming Directv service, no box. When swapping stations it will hang and say "Hmm, this video is taking longer than is should to load. Thanks for your patience". Sometime it will click on after a little bit, but many times either the audio will come on but will never display

Seeing pixelating on local station channel 12 cbs in Jackson MS. Been doing it for a couple of days now. Glad Directv Stream was finally able to fix the nbc and fox channels after a week or so but now it’s doing it on cbs station.

My service keeps Buffering. What is going on?

At $280/mo, why is my picture going in and out Fuzzy to clear? All 6 boxes are hardwired to ethernet for goodness sake.

Direct TV stream boxes C71KW-400. 1000 mbps up / 913 down direct connect to ethernet. There are no internet issues, only fuzzy pictures every 3 minutes. I already shut the entire internet down for 5 minutes and restarted. No help.
