Watching U-verse TV

I cannot get any content to stream from Paramount Plus. I've done all the fixes, deleted and reinstalled app several times. I'm not sure why this won't work. It keeps saying program is not available. I have an Insigna Fire TV. All other apps are working fine.

Lost all recorded programs after the January 2024 outage.

I'm OG and I can only describe how my service is behaving by experiences from my past. It's as if someone keeps standing in front of a satellite dish. The reception is cutting in and out just like a scratched dvd.

We have Uverse TV. Yesterday we rented a movie through OnDemand. When we started watching it, the video feed was fine but the sound continued to cut out for minutes at a time all throughout the movie. All non-local channels stopped working at about 130ish in Nashville TN. Locals seem fine for now.

Problem I can't get showtime anytime through my Uverse subscription. Showtime is part of my Uverse package and when I call Uverse customer service they are unable to solve the problem. They confirm I have the subscription (I do receive the showtime channels on out TVs, but can not access ST Anytime.
