Watching U-verse TV

For past week I have had picture freezing on and off on all channels and all TVs. I called the support and they sent me a brand new gateway and a new TV receiver. all cables are new and firmly attached . after installation No change. I cannot get any content to stream from Paramount Plus. I've done all the fixes, deleted and reinstalled app several times. I'm not sure why this won't work. It keeps saying program is not available. I have an Insigna Fire TV. All other apps are working fine.
