Canceling Newsmax is quite telling for att and their disdain for a major portion of their customers. Given the ratings, one might wonder why att still carries cnn or msndc. att made decision to cancel Newsmax without regard to customer preference. Look at the ratings of other new channels- failing.

The "fee" that gets paid out to these networks from DirectTV cannot be the real reason, because they are still paying these fees to the many (failing) 'opposite of right' leaning news channels. Dropping NewsMax was a serious mistake. How many thousands of customers are you willing to lose? If one person leaves a comment, there are thousands who didn't.

They are here now unplugging you in Plano. You big corporations making service decisions with your politics, keep it up and you'll have 50% of the revenue you have now.
