Direct TV box and HDMI splitter
Have direct tv box. TV is plugged into it and works fine. Just bought Vizio 65" smart tv. Can I use and hdmi splitter plugged into box and then connect both tv's to splitter? I tried and receive video signal but no audio. If i unplug everything, start from scratch, i receive both audio and video. i

Unable to watch shows
When i launch the max app either through Roku or on my projector TV i am able to log in and get to main screen. However , when i click a show to watch it logs me out and asks me to connect to my provider. When i do that and i log back in the same thing happens.

Cannot set a recording from the iPhone
We used to be able to record a show from an iPhone. Now we get an error---using 2 different iPhones. We can watch a live show via the iPone app. TS was of NO help. It has been going on for quite a while now. Any thoughts??? Thanks.

Glitching

Why doesnt anyone answer the phone..been calling to cancel
I have been calling to cancel my service and nobody answers. I was told I would have to talk to someone to cancel. List is gone, menu just changed yesterday.
