How do I switch profiles on the Directv streaming app on a Samsung Smart TV? I can do it on my Roku TV and computer, but not my Samsung TV.

On my Roku tv or other Roku device, my login will not work. And now it says I have exceeded my login attempts. However the direct tv app on my iPhone does accept my login and works fine.
