U-verse TV

I'm OG and I can only describe how my service is behaving by experiences from my past. It's as if someone keeps standing in front of a satellite dish. The reception is cutting in and out just like a scratched dvd.

Problem I can't get showtime anytime through my Uverse subscription. Showtime is part of my Uverse package and when I call Uverse customer service they are unable to solve the problem.
