U-verse TV

My wireless VIP 2500 has died. I need a new one. I have spent over an hour on the phone being shifted from number to number with no one able to assist. I need a direct call number to order a new box. I am an employee and it seems to be harder to provide support than if I were not. Please help.

It usually takes me 3 times to turn off my box and tv after pressing the off button on my att remote. I press the off button, it turns off and then right back on after a few seconds. I have the same issue as Jessica Strum’s above issue. Apparently previous owner had a business account which has not been canceled. So I can’t get service. After hours on the phone , I called Xfinity. They are coming tomorrow to set up tv and internet.
