I have moved to a place where I can no longer have AT&T uverse and I cancelled my account. I turned in all the equipment requested and have a receipt from UPS. But I have received no confirmation from AT&T that they received it. I thought I would get at least an email confirmation.

Can’t connect roku tv with AT&T uverse
I recently bought a 22” Roku smart tv. I’m not able to connect it to Uverse. I was on the phone with 3 different AT&T people for 3 hours and they couldn’t help. I scoured the Roku website and found no answers. When I finally called the Best Buy HQ, I was told that Roku is “not compatible” with AT&T
