Add/Remove channels dead link on webpage

For weeks now I've been trying to get to the Add/Remove channels page on the website only to find a dead link. This is on the My Plan section of the webpage. The option is there but the link is dead.

So I figured I would try the App on my phone and that's useless because all it wants to give me is DirecTV Stream options which I have no interest in. I have my satellite and my boxes and that's all I want. Even when I select Satellite on the app it switches me over to Stream. So that doesn't help.

Anyone else seen this on the website? And more importantly, how do I adjust my channel packages now?

With DirecTV you cannot add/remove indvidiual channels (other than a couple special ones). You change the entire package or add/remove channel packs (HBO etc.).

Like when AT&T first acquired DirecTV, with the TV services spun off with the new co-owner they are overhauling the website again. In the meantime you call. Also historically you have to call anyway if you are removing/lowering anything as that reduces revenue and they want to discuss the situation to minimize any loses for them.

I believe the system is down.  I get a dead link before I'm given the option to change anything whatsoever.
