Being charged NFL Sunday ticket while account is on hold
I placed our account on hold in May because we were moving and our new home wasn’t finished yet. While on hold I was charged 3 times for NFL Sunday ticket which should’ve been removed. So when I call to schedule the move (end of August) the rep unpause me. Remove the Sunday ticket and say I will receive a credit for the 3 Sunday ticket charges on my next bill. They try and schedule a move but since it’s a new home they can’t verify the address so I have to cancel the services. And I still haven’t been refunded for the nfl Sunday ticket and every time I call I get the run around about how it’s pending and it’ll post in 7 days and blah blah blah.
