Cancellation of Account Issues
My Direct TV account was cancelled in January, 2024. Equipment returned within the allotted time with receipt. Direct TV did not cancel and is trying to push me to pay approximately $300 for time after account cancelled. How do I solve this?

Unless DTVhelp sends you a PM/DM, file a BBB complaint to kick it to corporate.

Did you call DirecTV to cancel or did you just expect return of equipment would automatically cancel?
Are you disputing a specific charge like Non-Return Fee (NRF) or Early Cancellation Fee (ECF)?
Are you disputing being charged a full bill because you canceled mid-cycle?
