Complaint about bill

My bill has been rising for past year. Now approaching $200. Im not going to continue paying this rise in cost when half the time it doesnt work. My bill rises but I get no additional channels for this rise in cost

The content providers continue to raise the price of their programs so DTV and all other providers have no choice but to pass it on. What if any error codes are you getting so we can try to fix the problem you are having.

No signal. Im in healthcare and life is sooooo uncertain right now so more than likely Im going to have to switch providers. I cant afford that huge bill every month. Looking into it right now. I know some are much cheaper

No signal or lost signal? There's a difference.

What model are you boxes?

Describe the full issue (symptoms, exact error message, etc.)

What has been tried to fix the issue?

Do all boxes have the problem or just certain ones?

As for bill, networks charge TV providers more and more each year. Consider the channels you mainly use to see if a lower programming package would be a better fit. Bill going up does not entitle you to additional channels or more service. Their cost goes up, then our bills go up. Gas is no longer $1 a gallon but we don't get more out of it.
