cust serv
Mr. Wnite,
My acct # is 4697759. I contacted your cust serv because I have been a cust for years and wanted to see if I could reduce my bill. The person that I was speaking with
said let me see what we can do for you and PUT ME ON HOLD FOR OVER ONE HOUR. I had received in the mail form Dish a $400 Master Card and $64,99 a month for 2 years with the same channels that I have with Dir TV. I have been a District Manager for BofA and if I had an emp put a customer on hold for over an Hour, they would no longer be an emp. You can contact me 480 275 8253 - 3492 E Lexington Ct, Gilbert AZ 852234.
Thank you

The only way to reduced your bill is to lower your channel package or reduce the number of TVs on the account, AT&T's CEO said a year ago there will be no more discounts for existing customers.

Yep. To lower bill your lower service. Too many people abused discounts so DirecTV had to take a hard stance. They were only supposed to be temporary perks, not a permanent way to lower the bill.
But as a former "district manager", be more mindful of where you post your personal info or that is a huge security risk for your accounts or other personal information. Be prepared for an increase in scam and telemarketer calls going forward.

I’ve worked for AT&T for 15 years and have no idea who mr white is
While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.
