Direct Tc Phone internet

Bill for DIRECTV Internet and phone however I don’t have any Internet or any phone and my account is about to be shut off I don’t understand how I got a phone and Internet but without any service

Your bill shows 3 separate services for DirecTV as well as phone and internet?

If that is all on one bill, then you have a combined bill with those other services. Either identity theft where they didn't mean to combine the bills (to keep it secret for as long as possible), or someone was legitimately combining the bills and they attached the wrong account (which has happened before and is a mess to clean up).

If the internet and phone are AT&T service, call them as the bill would combine on theirs. Depending if identity theft or simply an error with someone else's account they should get the ball rolling.

If it is verified not an error, so identity theft, you will need to send this to their global fraud department.

Report an unauthorized AT&T account or an account change

Actually, this doesn't like a matter of identity theft as we thought. The OP has another thread. It appears this one is very badly worded.
