DirecTV address not available
Hello. I’m setting up a new DTV service. I had it in the past at my residence but switched units. When I try to setup online it states address not available. Customer service is giving me a run around when I call. Who can I speak to?

By switching units, I take it you are in an apartment or other such Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) residence. If so then you need to contact the system operator your residence contracts with for setup. The DirecTV account should have been opened (reinstated if less than 2 years since canceled) with the new address.
DirecTV does not directly service MDUs, so the System Operator is needed. Check with the manager of the complex for contact info.

The issue I’m having is the dedicated mdu vendor for this location has went out of business

Ouch. Then you may have to wait for a new vendor as DirecTV doesn't handle MDUs themselves.

@tbreezyfk8, Did you read the previous comment by Juniper, as to what you need to do? As said...call the Complex manager to find out what he can do. Perhaps he has to call the owner for action? Like, find a new company to service the equipment and install/setup in your new apartment?

As you are served by an MDU, the manager of your place needs to see about getting a new MDU vendor if the old one went out of business. DirecTV can only refer back to the vendor as they cannot touch MDU. Unfortunately this puts you in a bad spot.
We cannot have someone reach out. It is your manager's responsibility to get another vendor. This is a public forum of other customers so we cannot fight that battle for you.
