LATINO PACKAGE & SPORTSNET L.A

Hello, I have 2 questions. First one Is there a free preview of the Latino package?, and 2nd question, I was told by one of your representatives that Sports net L.A ( ch 690) was part of my current package (Ultimate) & available on my zip code (9021). It's been 2 weeks & I still don't have that channel (690)

Assuming your zip code is 90210 it's not one your rsns so you won't get it.

Copy and paste the above link to DirecTV rsn look up tool. I checked your corrected zip code that also doesn't qualify.

According to that 92021does not get SportsNet LA. (have to highlight text and drag down as info gets cut off. They really need to reformat the page).

However from some other posts there is possibility that with the new channel launched it is not provisioned correctly to all the right zip codes. First verify your service address, including county is correct with DirecTV. You may need to contact the RSN to verify you are in-market and if so then they need to send an update to DirecTV to correct the allowed zip.
