Lies from a salesman n over charged my friends debit card
My friend and I went to pay our internet bill at my local AT&t store well we did we got to talk in asking questions about the DirecTV bundle in it with my internet well the salesman said I can get you everything get you hooked up today and not charge you nothing he would wave everything wave the charges installation hook up these whatnot well I like I agreed with him adding the DirecTV to my internet bill so we could bundle it be cheaper and he promised me $300 in Visa reward gift cards well just got my pill and he had charged my friend debit card $204 more than what was supposed to been taken out of his account see my internet was only $94 so how do I go about trying to get back the other $204 for my friend because my friend also has overdraft fees and all that stuff that comes from the banks what do I do next

Also how do I get my promotion code to sign up for my 300$ rewards that the sales man said I would just automatically get in my mailbox and it would all come on one card I've been past my 14 day I've got no information on how to collect my card and he said the promotion expires the 30th of June plz help

Regarding the price .... What does it say on your order confirmation email? Unfortunately the reps in AT&T stores still don't seem to know much about DirecTV packages and pricing. The only thing that matters is what's stated on the order confirmation you signed upon installation of your DirecTV equipment.

I'ma get my confirmation number can the sales guy got moved and the cell
number he gave me for me to contact him I got thru for a few days now it's
been changed I just wanna get what i was promised and that 300$ rewards

Has your DirecTV service already been installed? If not, just refuse the installation and your order will be cancelled.

If you need DirecTV's order confirmation (this is not what the sales person would have given you, but provided from the company directly), call 1-800-531-5000. The order confirmation can be emailed again for your reference.
If you are not yet installed, you can discuss modifying the order or closing the request for service if it will not work for you. Already installed on the other hand means you accepted that order (as shown on the official order, not what the sales agent may have "promised" you) and install were to your satisfaction. Though there is a 14 day window where certain "corrections" might be made. After that as long as what you are receiving is what is on the official order confirmation then you have what you have. But if that order confirmation and what you have don't match, then you call DirecTV to resolve.
With any new service it is important to read over the order details to make sure everything is as expected. If you have questions or need to make changes to the order, or don't receive documentation on the order at all, then don't accept install until it is resolved. Otherwise you are blindly accepting anything with nothing to help you dispute after the fact.

was just verbally with myself a friend and a few customers. So no record of
that and att/DirecTV told me I need to go back to the store and have the
sales man fix the mistakes I did go back but the guy who did my order is no
longer there or in the state and there isn't any promotion that they r
giving that offers 300$ so much m stuck with crap I never ok and got
suckered into a lie so I don't get the promotion code. Heck I never got the
promotion code before I bundled for the 100$ rewards card for internet
ordered online over 50 mb. That's been 3 months since I ordered that. I
keep getting the run around and rewards center say I'm so sorry but we need
the confirmation code or a code that was supposed to been emailing or
mailed to me so I don't know how to get these codes any other way I'm stuck
n no worry's or no prom nothing but a bill every month so sad I think I'm
calling BBB today. Not one code for nothing and stuck with crap I didn't
order. Thanks everyone

It's a tough lesson learned. Never trust any verbal promises from a sales rep. Get it in writing!
