You'll have to call and see what discounts are available now. Say "retentions" when you call.
Fair warning: Many discounts have been discontinued so you may have to lower your service level.

Networks charge TV providers a lot to be carried. So that has resulted in the current prices. To reduce cost, you reduce service.
The only lower option below Select is Family. But it is more of a niche package for those who want bare bones programming or need to drastically save cost for a while.
You can certainly call to see if there are any discounts. However being on one of the lowest options already, there usually isn't much for that. Plus CEO did announce months ago to address customers at risk of operating at a loss that discounts would be pulled back. They were only intended as temporary perks, not a permanent savings.
If you cannot afford without discounts, then you cannot afford it and should make changes as needed for your budget. If full cost you find ridiculous, then it is your responsibility to make changes accordingly for your budget. Pay TV is a luxury, so discounts are not required.
