Mailers to dead people

I receive USPS mailer advertising from DirecTV approximately every 3 months or so addressed to my husband who has been deceased for over 7 years now trying to sell services (which I do not want, BTW). There is no address to respond to and, when I called the number on the solicitation to try & have his name removed from their Marketing data base, the lady at the other end in Sales spent quite some time trying to find a way to help me but she couldn't figure it out. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know how to get in contact with a human being in Marketing without having to deal with these robots on-line with limited choices? Thanks.
