Never able to get anyone!!!

My elderly mom really needs to speak with someone. I've tried electronically "chatting" and haven't been able to get anyone YET! I need to be able to get someone because this has gone on for weeks and my mom has a product on her bill that she didn't approve of. It makes me feel as if Covid is being used as a cover. The elderly are not tech savvy, and to go exclusively to ONLINE CHATTING, and still not be available for that is WRONG!

My mom's product is Direct TV. We've tried phone and online chatting. Neither have given us a person. They've given her channels that she didn't request and now they're showing up on the bill.

All CSRs are on the phones so there are none available to chat.

it is ATT TV problems signing in can’t it it done on the website and the locked me out even though I know ihe user ID and password are correct. I am locked out for 24 HOURS! Unacceptable! And your Chat A JOKE - A ROBOT! It is 4am and haven’t slept yet because I am so upset with the service- or lack of!!!!

This is the forum for DirecTV.

If you have AT&T TV NOW (used to be call DIRECTV NOW) they only have support on the website, no number to call. If for either of AT&T's other TV services, then you call the AT&T or DirecTV customer support line depending which one you have.

Covid-19 is not being used as a cover. Because of all the stay at home orders, many call centers are closed and additional employees are on extended leave. So they are very short staffed like some other companies. It is a bad situation all around. They are not doing this to you personally.
