Red zone/ nfl ticket
I would like to know why you give the NFL ticket to new customers I would like to receive it free or I'm cancelling my service. Over the years I've had a lot of problems with DirecTV and recently losing channel 4 for over a month and a half is ridiculous. Thank you in advance. Your loyal customer Mike

It's called an incentive. It's supposed to entice potential customer to switch for the benefits the promotion provides. You more than likely took advantage of that when you signed up for service, and someone probably complained about it.

It is an intro promotion, intended to be a one-time deal. DirecTV pays the NFL a lot of money for the Sunday Ticket so they cannot keep giving it free year after year to the same customers. We were all a new customer once.
If you want the NFL Sunday Ticket then pay for it. If you want to cancel because you cannot get a handout then do so. Either way you have to call them. This is a public forum with no account access.

This is a customer to customer forum, not customer support. You won’t get Sunday Ticket free posting here. When you call to cancel, maybe they’ll offer it then to keep you but don’t be shocked if they just let you cancel.

Ok then call and cancel if you are not going to pay for services you want. Just make sure to call on the last day of your service month because they don't prorate final bills. That way you get the full month of service you will pay for.
