Yeah. It's a mess right now. Call centers are understaffed and many closed due to coronavirus. Keep trying and be patient.

What exactly isn't working? Perhaps we can help you here?

Millions of customer calling in, but many call centers closed for Covid-19. So they will take your call, but it is very long hold times because of the low staffing.

Maybe other experienced customers could help. Please describe the issue in detail (symptoms, error message, etc.), model numbers of your boxes, and any troubleshooting you have already tried.

my post that holds my dish is broke, and has fallen over. Need this repaired, with a new post

Ouch, well that does need someone in person.

You will need a dish relocate order ($49.95 as I recall), and a note that a new pole is needed. A pole mount is a custom charge paid to tech. Here is their custom install charge list.

Maybe you can try locating a retailer in your area and go from their for installer info. Maybe get a quote to fix?
