RV Service

I had Direct TV in my home and RV. I have cancelled my service for both home and RV but I would like to try turning on my RV service again, Just my RV not my home. how does that work?

Call DirecTV and see about reactivating the RV account.

However, it depends on the RV setup if it is even allowed per a huge change in the feeds and needed equipment that affects many RV users.

What are the models of boxes for the RV account? (assuming you still have them)

I think its the HR24, it's older, from 2013. Like I said before, I have service in my home and RV I one time I had like 5 of those things between my home and RV. I have the Winegard self pointing dish,

If the receiver is the HR24 (check behind the access card door), then that is fine as that is MPEG-4 and the very last regular HDDVR made.

If the automatic you have is the $2,000 Winegard Trav'ler, then you are good there as well. https://winegard.com/products/satellite-tv/roof-mounted-antennas/travler/directv-swm-slimline-hd-travler

I know you said you had service in both the home and RV, but that doesn't matter. This is because many boxes can use both old and new setups, and very many RVs are on the older setup and finding out recently they must update or no longer have service.
