Unlocking my account

I need to unlock my account it won't let me log in and I can't use anything that involves me loving in I need to love in in order to use anything so I need help. I can't call anyone because it takes too long and it never helps. I need my account unlock online

If your account is locked (not simply forgotten password), then you must call DirecTV. Customer support is over the phone. This is a public forum of other customers so we cannot unlock your account.

General support daily, 8 a.m. – 12 a.m. ET

Though it mentions 24/7 tech support, they are very short staffed right now per Covid-19 (many call centers down), and I don't know if they would have access to the online account login in the first place. So may still be best to call during the normal hours listed.

What about my email? I keep getting error code: Your user ID is not authorized.

CARE CODE: 205.4

When I try to sign into my email, it goes to the ATT acccount screen but it gives e this error when I try to log in. However, I opened a new screen and signed into my account with the same info.....

The 205.4 error message usually occurs with a combined AT&T/DirecTV login. Most complaints seen in the forum have been with a app login (tablet/smartphone) as opposed to full browser.

Try clearing the cache of the app/browser that you use (even reinstall if needed). If the error persists then you would need to call DirecTV to see about deleting and recreating your account login to fix the issue.
