Vacation mode

I had my direct tv put on vacation mode and would like to have it turned back on. It is impossible to talk to anyone and I do understand with the virus going on. But, sure would like my account restored.

I am the same as you, when you call they don't answer, advise to log in and handle it there. Did that, tells you to call!!!!!! Tried to chat, that also does not work. Can't AT & T "work from home"

This is a public forum of other customers.

The only way to restore service before the automatic date is to call. Sorry there is not currently another way.

I am at Hemispheres in Fl. Acct# 133994976. I need to put my Account on Vacation Mode and cannot connect with anybody at AT&T, what should I do ?

First remove your account number from all posts as this is a public forum, not customer support.

Call DirecTV to set a suspension which is a $7 monthly vacation hold.
