Why is it so hard to get a reward card? Stop promising them if we can't have them!
I was promised a reward card and still have not received it. It has been well over 30 days. I finally get someone that can help but all they could do was heavily notate my account for the rewards center that never picks up their phones! I really could use that money right now. Is there anything I can do?

did you follow the instructions in your confirmation email?

Yes I did every step right and it said it was mailed out. Its been almost 4 weeks and still nothing. I was told that I can get it expedited to me next day if I call.
