First of all make clear statements or questions, as making half-statements doesn't tell anybody anything.

Furthermore, DirecTV does not do support by email. Customer support is over the phone, so you call them. This is a public customer to customer forum.

They probably don't have confirmation yet of the boxes you just sent back. Everything is delayed because of Covid-19. So their return timeframe has been extended. The way you know the return was fine is that you don't get a non-return fee (NRF) on your bill.

The receipt is the proof you returned the receivers it doesn't matter how long it takes DTV to get them back to the refurbishing center.
