So that we can get started, please provide us with more details about your request.

 

You're referring to an additional receiver (DVR, Genie or Genie Mini), correct?

Was a technician supposed to show up to install it for you, but missed the appointment?

Is this a new receiver or one you've had in your possession for a while?

 

We don't offer self-installations for DirecTV service, so the more information we have, the easier it will be for us to figure out the next step.
