DVRs not sharing recordings

I have a Genie DVR and several genie minis that are working but my HD DVR is no longer seeing my Genie DVR recordings and my Genie DVR does not see my HD DVR recordings.

It appears that my whole home settings are correct and I had not made any changes. How do I get them sharing again?

Check that the settings on the HDDVR and the Genie are still set to share the playlist under Whole Home.

yes. both DVRs are set to share their playlist. This has been working fine for several years until recently.

What are the models of each box?

Verify coax into all are finger tight.

Red button reset in order: Genie > Clients > HDDVR > HD non-DVR.

Make sure reset is finished before going to next in chain.

www.directv.com/refresh to refresh the service authorizations.

Recheck the settings on each box showing sharing playlist is on.

Also check to see if they show network DVRs found.

If that doesn't work, try a full power cycle. Unplug power for at least 20 seconds. This will cause a fresh download of guide info and such (usually completed within 24 hours). Like the normal reset, use the same order and one at a time. Let us know if that kicks it through or not.
