Error code 775

Started giving me an error code 775. No communication with the dish. I’ve called and the one time I got through she had me reboot everything (we had already done this multiple times). Nothing worked. We also rebooted the whole house.

Then, the phone call was disconnected. I’ve tried calling back but was on hold for over an hour.

This error usually means that your dish has lost power. What DVR model number do you have? If you have a separate dish power supply (SWM Power Inserter), be sure that it's plugged into the wall outlet. Also check your satellite cable connections. If none of that works you'll need to call back. Be prepared to wait on hold for a long time. Call Centers are swamped due to coronavirus staffing issues. Be patient.

We do not have an adapter. That was the first thing we checked.

We have checked everything and rebooted multiple times.

Model number is

Model numbers start with H,HR or HS. Minis with a C.
