How do I file a claim for property damage?
I own an 8 unit building. My current tenants do not have direct TV and there are 2 dishes on my roof. I have contacted customer service and the number for claims which mentions right on their voicemail that they do not take claims for direct tv though it is the only number I can find for claims. Please help as I do not have an account number because I am not the customer, I am the building owner and customer service will not help without an account number or name. They claim they cannot look it up by address. This whole process is very frustrating.

Landlord deals with tenant.
The tenant who is the account owner deals with DirecTV.
As a landlord you cannot discuss or perform action regarding an account that is not yours.
Since you don't have an account, then you must contact the tenant who has the account as you deal with them regarding any property damage. It is up to them to file a damage claim with DirecTV (if they so choose).

Claim for what? Either you as building owner or those prior tenants own those dishes. Directv has no responsibility for them.
