That comparison tool is too general. There are differences between all 4 models of Genie (HR34, HR44, HR54, HR54R1) for example. Even gives misleading information (connect 8 TVs wireless to the Genie when it doesn't mention WVB or that you are not allowed to use them all at the same time because of tuner limits). It also is info before the Genie-2 (HS17) existed.
The tool more highlights key features but in more of a perspective from a sales point of view. I would highly suggest checking exact model numbers and discussing with actual users of the equipment for accurate comparison.
