Buy them from Amazon, cheaper than Directv. But are you sure they are faulty, or might they just be set up incorrectly?

The "change the battery" reply was a spam link to a meat slicer (removed).

Umm "within the day" is not guaranteed. Typically you would receive within 3-5 shipping days. Remotes through DirecTV itself are $15, but can be cheaper through 3rd party retailers (i.e. Amazon). However if you are paying for the protection plan, that covers cost of remote replacements.
In any case this is a public forum of other customers so you cannot order a remote here. Just make sure you have tried reprogramming the remote and a red button reset on the box itself to make sure replacing is the right option.

I have replaced all the batteries, reset my system etc and still not working right.

Call from a rep they can replace your remote into a new one and you'll receive it tomorrow within the day. Especially if you have protection plan.
