Installer left wire highly visible

In our bedroom, we had the installer run a line to reach the TV, from the outlet on an opposite wall. He told us he was going to put the line under the baseboard on the wall, but instead screwed it to the carpet/ground running along the board.

Should I call and complain about this? Will they send someone out to fix it? I'd do it myself, but that would require fixing the carpet etc that HE ruined.

My wife is livid! 😞
