Your Satellite Dish needs to be realigned. The reason you are seeing those error codes is because it keeps losing signal from the Satellite. Your dish is no longer aimed correctly. This can happen due to high winds and weather in general. You will need to contact customer service and have a tech sent out to fix it. When looking at your tuners they should never be below 90% if they are and you are not experiencing bad weather then it calls for realignment. If you are the type of person who likes to DIY then there are YouTube videos on how to realign your Satellite. Hope this helps.
