My neighbors are adding/deleting from my playlist. How do I stop this?

I recently got a HR54R/500. Now my neighbors see what I am recording and they can delete it. Likewise, I now see what they are recording and can delete it. How do I stop this? When I go to my Whole-home settings it shows my location, and one location is not mine. How can I delete that location or what do I need to do?

Do you share your internet/WiFi with your neighbors? That's the only way they would have access to your HR54. If that's your only DirecTV box, just disable Whole Home DVR sharing to fix this.

To my knowledge we do not share internet/Wifi. I will try what you suggested. Thank you!

The only way this could happen is either you are both connected to the same internet equipment, or you are in a multi dwelling unit (MDU) where one receiving dish services the building. If an MDU then you need to contact the system operator for the building as you are getting bleed through because of all the connected cabling. DirecTV does not service MDUs directly because of things like this.
