No Direct TV

Since the wee hours of the morning we have been unable to get any TV stations.  HDMI 3 (ARC)  No signal (is it on)      then it comes on with    'almost there' A few more seconds please...'     then back to No signal.... it did come on about a half hour 45 minutes ago for about 15 minutes or so....then off again...... I have pulled card, pushed red button, unplugged power....nothing helps.  Being in the central valley of California we are not experiencing freezing weather......
